down to just one thing
It's an addiction, for sure. But now I don't know what to do about it.
Oh, I know what I "should" do -- attend meetings of this group or that, or talk to a therapist, who undoubtedly will refer me to meetings of this group or that. I've been to a couple hundred twelve-step meetings, and there were too many things that I just didn't like about them. But I'm afraid that I may end up with no choice but to crawl to a therapist.
